1. Services

HoliTalent provides career guidance, skill training, resume support, interview coaching, projects, internships, job-search assistance, networking support, opportunity listings, and institution-focused talent and placement services. Features and availability may vary by user type, program, institution, geography, and service plan.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, enrolling in a service, submitting a profile, applying for an opportunity, or interacting on behalf of an institution.

• Protect your account credentials and do not share access in an unauthorized manner.
• Use your own identity and provide truthful academic, professional, and contact information.
• If you are below the age at which you may independently consent under applicable law, use the platform only with any required parent or guardian authorization.

3. Learning, Career, and Opportunity Services

Training, projects, coaching, career guidance, resume support, and job-search services are intended to support development and employability. Outcomes depend on individual participation, skills, market conditions, employer decisions, institution processes, and other external factors.

4. Applications and Employer Decisions

Job and internship listings may originate from HoliTalent, employers, institutions, or other sources. Employers and institutions remain responsible for their eligibility criteria, selection decisions, offer terms, workplace practices, and hiring outcomes.

5. Referee Collaboration

Users participating as Referees may submit job-opening information they are authorized to share so HoliTalent can independently identify or map potential candidates. Referees must comply with their employer policies, confidentiality obligations, conflict-of-interest rules, and applicable law, and must not submit restricted, proprietary, or unauthorized personal information.

A Referee collaboration may include placement-specific sharing of an employee-referral incentive actually received by the Referee where separately agreed and permitted. No placement, employer referral reward, or payment amount is guaranteed. The current Referee Collaboration Acknowledgement forms part of the applicable terms for Referee participation.

6. User Content and Profiles

You remain responsible for resumes, education history, skills, portfolios, project information, profile content, and other material you submit. You grant HoliTalent permission to process and display or share relevant content as reasonably necessary to provide the service you request.

7. Payments and Pricing

Some HoliTalent services are free and others may require payment. Prices, taxes, inclusions, and access periods will be displayed before purchase or documented in the relevant institutional agreement. You are responsible for verifying the selected service before completing payment.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false academic, professional, identity, or eligibility information.
• Do not copy, resell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit platform content or services without authorization.
• Do not interfere with security, assessments, applications, payments, accounts, or other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or malicious content.

9. Intellectual Property

HoliTalent's software, branding, original learning materials, workflows, designs, and platform content are owned by or licensed to HoliTalent. Access does not transfer ownership. User-created material remains subject to the rights of its owner and the permissions required to deliver the requested service.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third parties for authentication, payments, hosting, communications, storage, analytics, calendars, or other features. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and their availability can affect related platform functions.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, misuse, legal compliance, payment issues, material breach, or protection of users and systems. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HoliTalent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by career outcomes, third-party decisions, external opportunities, unavailable services, or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The latest version and update date will be published here. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved matters are subject to applicable law and competent courts in Telangana, India, unless a binding written agreement provides otherwise.
